Dear
Martha,
I
hope this letter finds you in the pinkest of your health. I was extremely
thrilled to know that you are planning to visit India on 29th March,
2020 through your letter, yesterday. However,
I regret to inform you that during your expected duration of arrival, I won’t
be able to spare much time for you.
As
you know, I am working at an Accounting firm and the month of March is the most
crucial and hectic for those who are into it. To adjust and prepare the Income
Tax Return files of the clients, we have to run round the clock and work
overtime. As a result, it would be tough to spend qualitative time with you.
Anyways,
most of the work will get accomplished by the first week of April and the
employees at our company are also allocated vacation of a week as a
compensation for a tiring financial month. Thus, I urge you to postpone your visit a bit
so that we can stay together and make the full out of our holidays.
I
am sure, you will do as I suggested. Eagerly awaiting your arrival.
Yours lovingly,
Khushboo Gulrajani
